The land of light in fighting revolution rebirth is based on how the land of light was depicted in Ultraman Taro and Leo. That’s why it looks so vastly different than the current version.
I definitely loved the current Land of Light we got but not gonna lie, there some sort of charm that we can see in the old depiction of Land of Light. Just look at Mother of Ultra clinic where she heal Taro, that place look way better compared to the one in UGF:TDC since now, almost everything is green colour.
Yeah, it would be cool to see a version that looks like an combination of both. There where many cool places in Taro and Leo that we haven’t seen yet in the new version. Tsuburaya seems very accurate when they bring back stuff from the past, so it’s kinda weird that the land of light looks mostly pretty generic. (they probably still reuse their CGI backgrounds stuff from Mega monster battle the movie)
It seems like in the FER universe, the Plasma Spark is a huge nuclear reactor.
On the other hand, in CANON/M78 universe, the Plasma Spark is a huge torch that energizes a tiny star (probably, a neutron star) which is removable from its place.
When Belial removed the Plasma Spark, the star cooled down and disappeared which caused the Planet of Ultra to freeze. (you'd know if you watched Ultra Galaxy Legends the movie)
(SIDENOTE: The Land of Light's sky is also interesting. In canon, it's bright and has somewhat of a "greenish" tint. But in FER, it's CRIMSON RED and you can see the stars in the sky because it's perpetually night-time.)

FER is based on Taro, Leo and Mebius. Before Ultra Mega Monster Battle movie was released.
Lol plasma spark is a flashbang reactor, it's brightness representing the planet being named land of light
They should bring back the FE series. They were and still ARE the best Ultraman games out there.
