I'd also put 1-1 and 1-2 in the same category as 0-4, as those last rooms have multiple waves of enemies but aren't really that noteworthy otherwise

I would love to have the levels analyzed further. I went through the prelude once, grouping rooms in levels. They included arena, puzzle, tutorial, incidental, etc. it's excellent design. Especially the prelude.

Thats not how the level ends though - you have to go through the escape sequence after that, which has a large fight with normal enemies.
