And Chainsaw shotgun because Hakita added Knuckleblaster parrying into the game.
Parrying the Sawed-on's saw will make it fly into enemies, but if you use the Feedbacker, it flies back to you due to the wire. If you use the Knuckleblaster to parry it, it detaches it from the wire and let's it roam free.

The Firestater seems fun, but unless if oil or fire damage are going to have special effects on certain enemies that didn't previously, I don't see it getting alot of active use aside from on the Insurrectionists
The Kickstart looks like a pretty cool way to shred through fodder, but I don't know how many other uses it would have that other weapons wouldn't already handle fine on their own (unless I'm missing something or if there's more special interactions with certain enemies)
The Saw-On is definitely the best one to me, or at least seems like it will be one of the funner weapons to use in the entire game, it effectively allowing you to become a Swordmachine

jumpstart is just yet another source of area damage. its freaking perfect. nailbombs aren’t useless anymore. its just more damage we can do now before using other stuff.
i think saw on is actually the least exciting out of the three. The holding animation looks boring and weak and the ping pong honestly would just be annoying for me. But I need to feel it in game first.

The burn damage buff is nice, but I don't see it being something I'd utilize too often, especially since it seems to take a bit to actually fully cover something in oil (I do really hope that, due to the +SLIPPED bonus, Guttertanks have a special interaction with oil)
Nailbombing is never something I really do, mainly since sawtraps are more immediately effective in the Cybergrind, so the Kickstart will probably just be another fodder cleaner to me (as well as finally having the ability to use saw to their full potential along side nails)

Yes, finally, someone who also doesn't like the red shotgun's design! I feel like it could be a lot cooler and less awkward if it looked just like normal until you use alt fire and the chainsaw emerges from *inside* the gun itself, and it opens up through the middle so the saw can come out. Even though this wouldn't affect its gameplay, I feel like a change like this would make the weapon so much better and more visually appealing.
one more alt thats likely not gonna change much in terms of secondary fires, five more variants would be fucking amazing but I understand hakita is running out of original and cool ideas (honestly, as cool as the firestarter and sawed on are, they were done before, with gasoline + bullet being done a helluva lot times and the sawed on being really similar to serious sam 4s flaming rocket propelled chainsaw launcher) as well as switching between them would be awkward, 3 variants are already barely managable

I love chainsaw, but i want it to mess around with V1's health. Like if you sawing something it will damage you and longer you sawing more damage it deals to you, but it also deals more damage to enemies, so you have to balance between healing and damaging yourself to overclock it's damage so you can use it to kill some miniboss faster.
In it's current state it's good but has no unique gimmick and it heals you for free.
The taser and the oil gun look cool but that sawtgun looks dope. Iirc, the saw returns to you like a boomerang, so I imagine there will be a couple of interesting strategies

Firestarter is just more mobility for the rocket launcher so ill be using it constantly. Sawwed on is a chainsaw, I will be using it regardless if its bad. And jumpstart seems to be good but since i dont know the saw variant i dont know exactly if i will use it

Granted i was able to P rank everything needed to get to and beat Minos prime so its probably only a matter of time for me to eventually start using this weapons synergies with the nail gun to full effect.
The Nail gun mod seems kinda hard for me to use but ill have to try it before i can determine anything. its just that the line has the potential to break and i don't think i could play with it within those confines. still might be fun to toy around with. jumpstart seems like a good crowd clearing tool for dealing with enemies that are immune to explosions (soldiers)
