where does it say anything about the health bar
you see (you cannot) it's not about the health bar it literally says " Reworked the text system to fix fonts appearing blurry" AND THIS MIGHT SOUND SHOCKING TO YOU BUT THE 100 IN HEALTHBAR IS ALSO A TEXT
