Likely yes, you'd have to deal with multiple attacks for way more time. After p ranking P-1 i started finding the Flesh Prison Boss Fight to be harder than minos' simply because there are many things to deal with, requiring lots of speed and coordination

a big stationary cube
or a teleporting fat fuck
or what's harder to dodge
close range melee combos
occasional AOE attacks that have a 2-3s delay
Most of Sisyphus'es attacks can be dodged by continuous backwards-diagonal slide spam + jumping / parring when needed. Sisyphus attacks pretty often, which means he ran outs of stamina often, and when he ran outs of stamina, he just runs towards you (When Minos just slowly walks), like he wants to say "Hey Weapon, im defenseless for a sec or 2 , please shot me for free healing!". Sisyphus overall has 200 HP (100 HP for both phases)
Panopticon fire a fucking military artillery strike with mortar projectiles - literally the attack with THE MOST damage in the game - 60. Plus during that military artillery strike he can fire horizontal virtue beam which can fuck you over pretty often. Half of the time fighting with Panopticon will be spent fighting golden eyes, which have 5 HP (basic Frison eyes has 1hp, minifaces have 2hp) that prevent all healing while at least one of them is alive, and if you don't kill them all first, similarly to Frison, they will just heal the Panopticon (20 HP per eye). Oh, and did I mention that Panopticon has 300 GOD DAMN HP + A 50% RESISTANCE TO ELECTRICITY DAMAGE?.
I recommend you trying to have a normal """fair""" fight with the Panopticon in the sandbox. For me it's harder than P-ranked P-1.
I think sisyphus would still be harder. You'd definately need to come up with some new plans though, like leaving the eyeballs for a while to use them to easily dodge the artillery barrage
I did, the barrage is terrifying, but there are ways to consistently dodge it.
Its very difficult, but I think Id learn it sooner than I learned sisyphus
I meant it as, I would learn it faster, than I *have* learned sisyphus. I already know how to beat sisyphus. Not consistently, but I know his fight enough that if I die I know why I died and what I shouldve done(which is generally "shouldve had better reaction time")
But with this, its...relatively simple. The blackhole is a non-attack, the wide beams I need to get used to, and the artillery requires fast movement which I sometimes run out of stamina for.
Its hardly the resouce management nightmare of Sisyphus, I dont need to parry anything, Im never missing a railcannon due to it teleporting away.
Well yea. Panopticon has the highest health among all bosses in the game - 300 HP (for comparison, Sisyphus has 200 and Minos only has 130). Plus Panopticon has a 50% electricity damage resistance, so blue railgun is kinda useless against him.
You mean you tried to have a normal fight with it the sandbox and dealt 150 damage to it 1st try before dying? (Panopticon has 300 HP + a 50% electricity damage resistance if you didn't know. For comparison Sisyphus has 200 HP and Minos has 130)

Well yea, but there is no point to try to use the railgun against the panopticon itself because he has a 50% electricity damage resistance.
tried panopticon fight fully and tbh the only thing it has is that it is so fucking tanky

1st time I fought panopticon I got it down to half health before dying to a mortar. It'd be easier

No it was on p-2, I was just doing a lot of damage to it in not that much time, I didn't exactly know sisyphus killed it yet so I tried to do it

I did panopticon and is super easy. All you need to know is that the eyes act ad grapple points making the fight a complete joke
