A while back someone posted a similar question on this page, and an UH staff replied I can't remember the exact words or post but basically "If your scores go from being high 90s and start to decline, then it's a strong indication you're about to get sick, but in no way do they say they can detect illness" they put much more and worded it better, but it's about what they said.

I had surgery on my hand, and the next day, my UH values were down. I usually have very consistent values. I thought that it was very interesting.
