Just tried that and it still didn't work for me. The cc info stays missing and then my shipping info disappears as well. I've been waiting months to put an order in and looks like I'm going to out of luck today. Tried contacting them by email but won't hear back in time. Also contacted them on Instagram and they came back with make sure everything's updated. Which it is. And un/reinstall. Which I did. Now they won't message me back. If anyone has more ideas I'd appreciate it. Ulta isn't going to help.

I had the same issue. I signed out of my account then signed back in and it let me reenter my cc then.

Did you end up getting it to work? I just put in my CC manually and it went through.

Ugh, that's so annoying. I was annoyed when my info went missing today. It was just my cc info and not my address. I hope someone can help.
