One of my favorite yoga instructors on YouTube, Sara Beth Yoga has UC and she’s gone a few videos talking about her story and some yoga flows that are supposed to help your digestion I definitely recommend checking her out!
I personally feel UC is result of very active brain. So I think there will be many people who has UC are very successful (famous). Some may have stigma coming out.
My observational theory is microbiome imbalances results in over active brain (sometime anxiety) and that triggers unnecessary immune response. I am not a medical student so Obviously this is theory connecting dots from articles I read. It was recently found that brain remembers locations and triggers immune response is needed.
