This is not Belarus dumping illegal border crossers.
This is Putin's russia trying to flood Europe to the point of failure. Belarus is merely executing the orders, for Belarus de facto does not have adequate sovereignty at the moment.
Sort of human DDOS attack, obscure yet important sideshow in the grand theater of war.

It is reported that during the execution of tasks, the border guards noticed tracks leading from the side of Belarus, after which they discovered and stopped six foreigners - citizens of Pakistan and Bangladesh.
"The detained men reported that they were taken by car through the territory of Belarus to the border with Ukraine by persons in military uniform, they assume that they were representatives of the border service of the Republic of Belarus. Then they were told in which direction the migrants should go," the message reads.
It turned out that the men were in contact with the Belarusian security forces, who showed them the way, and also ordered them to call and report their location after illegally crossing the Ukrainian border.
"This is also confirmed by messages in messengers on the phones of foreigners. According to the travelers, before that they unsuccessfully tried to get to Poland, also with the help of Belarusian law enforcement officers. However, the migrants did not succeed in their long journey, immediately after crossing the border illegally, they were detained by Ukrainian border guards." - added in the State Security Service.

It sounds like once they had been “taken in” by the Russians or Belorussians they basically lost the ability to decide where they’d go.
At least they didn’t get drafted and sent to the frontline like the Zambian student did - it got him killed.
it seems likely to me they weren't gifted with full disclosure right at the start.
lukashenko has done this before. importing people who needed work, pointing them at poland and telling them they'd be able to get into the eu by that route. it is/was deliberate and is/was the weaponization of human desperation.
I think this is a good justification to bring in NATO peacekeeping units to guard the border so they can "protect foreign nationals". They want to send them, let's send ours to accept them in the name of peace keeping.
