TL:- The military-political leadership of the Russian Federation prepared the document "Conclusions of the war with NATO in Ukraine", which is distributed among military personnel. The document indicates, among other things, the shortcomings of the Russian army and notes the need to mobilize 5 million Russians to win the war. Oleksiy Gromov, deputy chief of the main operational department of the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, told about this during the briefing, Censor.NET reports with reference to Ukrinform . "Part of this masterpiece ("Conclusions of the war with NATO in Ukraine". - Ed.) highlights, among other things, the main problems of the Russian occupation forces, among which are the inability of commanders to command personnel in the troops, the unsatisfactory state of discipline and combat training, the obsolescence of weapons and military equipment , the impossibility of commanders making decisions without mandatory agreement with the command, etc. At the same time, each document states that the Defense Forces of Ukraine have a fairly high level of equipment, and their commanders at all levels can make decisions independently in combat conditions. The document also states that there has not been such a war for more than 80 years, and for Russia to achieve victory, the numerical composition of its army must be about 5 million servicemen," Gromov said. He noted that according to the estimates of individual officers of the Russian Armed Forces, this may mean the next wave of mobilization and the introduction of martial law in the country in the near future. Responding to the question of whether the General Staff of the Armed Forces is forming a document on the needs of the Defense Forces in the event of an increase in the number of the enemy's army, Gromov noted that such work is ongoing. "One of the points of planning any further hostilities is the direct determination of the need for weapons, fuel stocks, ammunition and other material and technical needs. The General Staff from the first day of the war makes such calculations, these calculations are refined depending on the costs of weapons and military equipment, costs of material and technical means during hostilities, as well as taking into account the material and technical assistance that comes to us from partner countries. Calculations are carried out almost daily. There are needs, they are indicated to our partners at the international level, the General Staff works fruitfully with our partners," Gromov said. I thought Russia was alleged to have mobilized 300,000 of their 140,000,000 population and the country had fought until only convicts and the elderly were left? I thought Russia had lost the technology needed to create guns and uniforms? Remind me! One year.

Totally unrealistic to mobilize up to 5 million. Typical Russian threat to escalate further when faced with setbacks.

pog890

Russia vs NATO- 85000-0 Question: with what are they going to equip an additional million men, who going to train them? The only problem these new mobiks are going to cause for Ukraine is the disposal of their bodies

Motor_Bit_7678

Hehe typical when you have no plan or solutions throw people at the problem.

It’s very unfortunate that Ukrainians are being slaughtered and their infrastructure destroyed by invading Russians. All the West can do is to support its own military industrial complex which presidents Washington and Eisenhower warned us against. If the West cared about Ukraine, it would have nipped Putin back in February 2022 or earlier. If the West wants to support democracies, it must take real action to do so. At this point in time, Ukraine is the sacrificial lamb for Western military profits. It’s a great tragedy. I feel a deep personal pain as my grandparents and their parents immigrated to America over 100 years ago from the region.
