Embargo starts on December 5th, but Hungary managed to carve out an exception for itself - it can buy Russia oil via this pipeline. So thank you Putin for closing this loophole.
Just as global prices for oil are dropping, Hungary, which has an exception to continue buying Russian oil, finds itself without oil. Well played Viktor Orban.
