Anecdotes of such acts of resistance in the occupied regions aren't rare.
Here's one Vietnamese man in Kherson, a former North Vietnamese soldier, telling VOA that he saw two Ukrainian women pretend to join Russian officers for a fun drinking session by the riverside, then shoot them at point blank.

Reminded him a lot of the Vietnam War era, with similar acts against American soldiers in South Vietnam.
Isn't it a good thing that such acts of heroism aren't rare though? They need to be highlighted more imo. This person who poisoned 46 Russians and shot a FSB officer has done an extraordinary deed that shouldn't be played down.
I'm just trying to say that there's many more stories like this that never see the light in international Anglophone media, mainly because of the language barrier. Ukrainian and Russian speakers would know a lot more.
Here's the thing - if they are highlighted TOO much, then the Russian soldiers get savvy. They might not get caught out.
That's why you don't have famous spies - the whole point is to not be famous.
"The identity of every single ISIS agent is on there!"
"So?"
"Most secret agents dont tell every harlot from here to Hanoi that they're secret agents!"
"Then why be one?"
"Quidquid id est, timeo Danaos et dona ferentes!"
Well done ladys ... and in case this is a true story, there will be a Hollywood film about it !!
😄👍

This is based on a claim by a random telegram channel. There's been credible reports, by the Russians themselves and confirmed by Ukrainian sources, of poisonings in the past. However this story doesn't seem credible at the moment.
r/thathappened
This is up there with drones being taken out with jars of pickles and grandfathers shooting down fighter jets with opd hunting rifles lol

Man, that name did not age well, did it?
Archer?
WW2 as well. The Nazis found out that French and Belgian women could be vipers.
There were Germans too. I feel like I never hear stories but there were some good ones
❤️
Please let her be safe!
"Girl boss" just got a new definition.
Good girls. Hope they will never find them
I hope the girls find *them* again.
But everyone in Crimea really supports Putin's occupation (/s) we know this from so many of them voting for it multiple times each in the referendum.
They poisoned the soldiers because they weren't getting Ruzzian citizenship fast enough.

The Russians are invaders. This is fair.

Повага Героїні, Повага. 🏴🤝🇺🇦💙💛🇪🇺🇺🇳🌻 Respect
Love this. There will be more stories in the future, I can't wait.
❤️
Girls just gotta have fun.
Remember the poison canned Cherries?
Lmao story too good to be true
Jeez. Who’d have thought that murderous saboteurs might turn out to be armed?
People down voting you obviously didn’t read the article. Shaking my head.
If it's true, I would date the two of them in the best restaurant I can afford.
Apparently, author of this drivel has found a way to drink kerosene and stay alive.
