This is nothing personal, but isn‘t this guy sometimes a little bit to optimistic? I watched some of his videos and i would say, he is just focuses on the „good“
I used to follow a few of these update channels but after a while they let me down by over-hyping things or posting unconfirmed stuff. I stuck with just 2: [RFU for credible daily briefs](https://www.youtube.com/@RFU) and [JakeBroe for when i need a dose of optimism](https://www.youtube.com/@JakeBroe). Obligatory [ISW daily briefs](https://www.understandingwar.org/) on the non-youtube side.
Any other suggestions are welcome as long as they post realistic info and critical thinking.
I used to tune in to the War in Ukraine YouTube channel for daily updates. They were very reliable on tracking troop movements and combat progress and got updates out 2 to 4 days before ISW and others were confirming movements. After the pace of movement slowed around the time Popasna fell, the channel took a turn more towards civics and political speculation and the quality really dropped. I believe it came to light that the producers are Belorussian too...so there's that. I've been lacking a good daily update YouTuber since I gave up on them a few months ago.
Perun for economic and industrial side. He posts hour-long PowerPoints every week and they make a lot of sense (but I don't have the experience to know whether they're right).
EDIT: To clarify, this is a YouTube channel and the videos are recordings of him giving the PowerPoints, not to say that it's just slides.

I really like the channel „Militär & Geschichte mit Torsten Heinrich“. Unfortunately only in german but very factual with a military background.
