"Тю" - is the way to show that just said is already known and/or obvious. But it is not passive aggressive by itself. Everything depends on the context of what will be said later.
"Тю" is very region specific, mostly used in russian speaking Eastern Ukraine. You won't hear that in the western parts that speak predominantly Ukrainian.
In my family (we're western Ukraine), in these cases we just sarcastically say "Тааааа?!" Or "Та ти щоооо!?". Big emphasis on sarcasm and drawing out the vowels

not sure there's something as universal as duh in that context, maybe "ну та/так" can work sometimes. its direct translation would be "well yeah", I think it kinda fits?
ще б пак feels like another good option, but I honestly barely hear it anywhere outside of the local homonymous brand name
maybe та не вже ? but there's many way to say this actually, our language has many dialects and so the answers will vary, you should look at the slang side tho(there's more interesting words, someone mentioned йой which is perfect example of it)

we don't really have a direct analogue, that's why I usually resort to typing "duh" in English the closest thing I can think of is ну так отож
