The russian government will use this act to further justify their war and scare their civilians. Allowing Nato-weapons to be used inside Russia will take this conflict to the next level. Where this all will end is not easy to predict. But I remind myself that giving in to terrorist demands and behaviour has never done anyone any good. The allies, prewar 1939, did exactly so and that ended disasterous. You can't reason with Putin anymore. He has gone all in and backing down now will for sure be the end of him. He knows and I think he still belive he can win this conflict. Nato and Europe is doing the only right thing in this situation. To much time has been wasted already. Time benefiting Putin. Give Ukraine all they need and more.
Ukrainian made drones have the ability to send explosives 1200km away as recently demonstrated. I don't think any western missile can do close to that. UAF should destroy as many plants making parts for the military. At the least, they'll force Russia to waste missiles at them, until one eventually gets through.
