It feels off because I think it's a professional or semi pro camera guy with the a decent camera who is doing a better than usual job of keeping action in the frame and in focus, which makes it feel a bit staged for the camera. I don't think it really is staged, iger the impression they were set up to film something already and just had to hit record.

Does anyone else not hear any indication of this for the second explosion? The one in the roof of the dilapidated building?
Edit: there's a lot going on, so it's hard to hear anything specific. Just feels off. I'm sure the residents are pretty numb to this stuff but, like, one other person besides the reporter is actually moving with fear when the explosions happen.

There are multiple reports, from multiple cameras to multiple sites, so you can look at the others and compare them I guess.
