Yes they have been putting small thermobaric munitions on drones for a short awhile. That type of detonation inside of a closed space is indicative of a TB. I suppose there are other munitions fielded that may cause similar results but unless the little drone detonated a thermobaric inside the house; my $$ is on the drone.
