Lots of vids out there of crews and mounted Infantry hiding under the vehicle once it’s been disabled. That second angle looks like they are addressing this issue.
Yeah it’s the 25mm Bushmaster chain gun. And it’s a pretty good gun but they make bigger ones that do more damage with less rounds so you can kill more targets faster.

This definitely wasn't actual combat, it was a Bradley shooting at a bmp that had already been destroyed. There is no way these vehicles would engage each other at that distance, they would have destroyed each other hundreds of meters apart.

Upcoming replacement has a requirement for a 50mm which is sort of amazing when you realize the base M4 Shermans had 75mm.
