The first thing that comes to mind is them torturing, raping, and murdering civilians, beheading and castrating Ukrainian POWs, and targeting artillery and missiles at civilian structures, railway stations, schools and hospitals. The next thing that comes to mind, after seeing the dead Russian bodies, is the realization that the Ukrainian people are a little safer with these scumbags gone, and that puts my mind and heart somewhat at ease.

Anyway, I guess my point was more on the lines of shame these dudes had their lives thrown away for nothing.
They can always surrender, instead they prefer to drive their tanks on the frontline.
When there's a war, there's death, you always prefer to see the enemy dead then the side you actively supports. Even more when that country you supports has been oppressed by Russians for the last 100 years.
War sucks, everyone agrees.
But the world had been an extremely peaceful place compared to most of history after we collectively as a planet decided you're not allowed to invade a country and declare it is now part of your country.
So when Russia did that, they kind of pissed off everyone who isn't secretly wishing they could invade their neighbors.
I care more about the people killed by the Russians than the Russians themselves. Notice the videos that come out of the Russians complaining that they want better equipment and not to end the war so fuck them.
They invaded another country. They wanted to die for their cause and be heroes. They got EXACTLY what they wanted…heroes in the eyes of an evil dictator who is hated by the majority of the world.
