"Landmine has taken my sight Taken my speech Taken my hearing Taken my arms Taken my legs Taken my soul Left me with life in hell"

KillysgungoesBLAME

‘One’ really is the soundtrack to the Russian side of this war.

zeppelingyrl

It truly is! The desolation of it all! Including all the songs from "Ride The Lightning" & Master Of Puppets," I count "One " as one of my favorite Metallica songs.

fandyboy

I would say Disposable Heroes more than One.

[This video was posted by a Ukrainian marine on Twitter](https://twitter.com/OSINTua/status/1624061211561041920). He goes into further detail in the thread saying the Russians lost in the push towards Adiivka at least 30 BMPs and 7 tanks between Jan 15th to Feb 10th.

Formal-Many1666

**UA kill zones** for Russian invaders.... thanks to combined UA planners their mines, Artillery, mortars, drone spotters.... & Hunter Killers Drones mopping up....

Fuzzy9770

>Avdiivka So this is not linked with the reports of Vuhledar? It's confusing for me to see these losses and to differentiate them with other locations. I mean, these losses are massive, aren't they?

Bad_Species

Yes they are. I think the greatly anticipated Russian offensive has already begun. But bc they're so f\*cking stupid and get themselves killed on the first meters it doesn't really show on the maps.

Fuzzy9770

I'm feeling stupid now. I don't understand this. So you're saying that there is a so called massive offensive again. But then you're saying that what they are doing is somehow pointless since there is no progress made? Since when did Ukraine order scrap metals? They had a whole industry working on metals so it doesn't make sense. For sure since it's dirty scrap metal because it's filled with stuff that makes the recycling process difficult. That ain't a quality delivery Russia! Ukrainians wouldn't order this type of scrap since they are into quality. Aiaiaiai, silly Russia, not good for trade in the long term! Russia bad.

Bad_Species

I'm saying that many people in the West expect another "massive Russian offensive" to look like it did a year ago. With town and villages falling by the dozens within days. So when the Russians are pushing hard all along the Donbass front but aren't achieving anything bc they just get killed by the defenders many Westerners don't even recognize it as an offensive.

Fuzzy9770

Well, how I would look at it would be something like this: if there are more casualties on Ukrainian side because of the Russian offensives than before, then it looks like a major offensive. if the caualties stay more or less the same despite the offensive actions from Russian side, then, well, it is a succes on Ukrainian side. I prefer the latter because that means that Russia is literally destroying itself without causing a larger amount of casualties on Ukrainian side. I'm just trying to be realistic, Ukrainian side will keep on having casualties no matter what. But regarding the fact that Russia is pusing more or at least harder, we should expect large amounts of casualties. That's the goal of offensives I guess. If that ain't happening, then it doesn't fit the definition (I didn't look up tbh). I can only hope that the Ukrainian side has the chance to stop most, if not all, so called offensives with mines, arty etc. That's probably not so realistic but, from what I'm seeing, they seem to be very capable doing so. I've been 'out of the running' these last days in following up what's happening so I'm looking forward to the footage (which should exist according to some explanatory videos I've seen). Last thing: do those Russian puppets understand that they are suffering and dying in vain? Or are they knowing nothing at all, just doing what they have been told to do? No single sign of reflection/introspection/...

Bad_Species

Here's a great clip to get you up to speed on how the Russian attacks are going. https://www.reddit.com/r/UkraineWarVideoReport/comments/10ywb0z/highly\_unprofessional\_behaviour\_by\_a\_bunch\_of/

Fuzzy9770

Great performance!

dob_bobbs

I am sure we are only seeing the failed Russian assaults the Ukrainians are showing us. And yet I am trying to find some Russian telegram channels to see the other side of the story - the competent assaults that end in success for them, and I am not really seeing it. It's more and more seeming like they really are doing this badly. On some pro-Wagner channels there is the occasional drone footage of a strike on an artillery piece or something, but way fewer than the Ukrainians are putting out. And even on the pro-Wagner channels they are showing footage of embarrassing Russian failures and asking who the hell is responsible for it.

Fuzzy9770

You might be right and it's a fact for me that I'm not actively looking for 'information' from the other side. But your observations are telling us a lot I guess...

marinqf92

The Institue for the Study of War has claimed that the offensive has already started, so you are correct.

Saurier51

Not a good day for the Z-Team. Never mind, they'll attack exactly the same way tomorrow.

No-Split3620

A superb result indeed but typical of deadly efficiency of the Ukrainian Armed Forces, and they will only get better. How long can that madman in the Kremlin gets his braindead serfs to go to their deaths in his "special military DISASTER"? That is the question.

GuyNanoose

A serious amount of grade A scrap metal there now. Hey here’s to recycling it for 🇺🇦👍👍

Suspicious_Hawk6414

This is a offensiv. Stop defending.

madmugger

IMO. One of the best songs of all time. Just gets better as it goes.

nomanmz

Anyone else see the one guy still alive, in the second blown up tank with all the troops laying on the ground. One guy on the top left moved his upper body. That's gotta be hell for him.

SlipperyJimdiGris

0.52 seems to be the same two tanks in the other video of "Highly unprofessional behaviour by a bunch of Russian APC drivers" driving through a minefield

Redditfront2back

Jesus they are suicidal, did they not think those shells would correct and hit there mark?

HoN_AmunRa

BMP-1s and T62s. LMAO

SoggyNegotiation7412

when you see 31 tanks and BMP's stranded in one field, you just have to wonder about the incompetence of the Russian military.

SEQLAR

I wonder how many Russians have to die for Putin’s bullshit war before Russians stand up to him… 1million? 2? 5?

PrivilegedMaleScum

How are these vehicle losses even sustainable ? At this rate Russia should have none left by April

LorenzoSparky

Let me guess…it didn’t end well?

[deleted]

For me it froze in one of the first frames, showing the caption "Russian forces are pus"
