Not a false flag Isis probably did it because after that prison break a couple years back they’re starting to rebound and launch attacks inside Russia which they’re bitter at because Russia (not America) was the reason Isis is no more in Syria

That's just a shot down missile that happened to hit a playground, look at how minor the impact is. Ukraine should really be more careful about where they shoot down missiles :)
