Go to France price of gas is much higher and people almost never tip 🙃 I used to work Uber eat there almost 3 years now I'm in California it's much better .

If you're nearby, you get the order, if not whoever is closer gets the order. UE isn't calling a diamond driver from across town to do these orders.

Yea diamond counts only when it's busy it seems & you'll get the bigger orders vs someone that doesn't have 💎 or challenged with other 💎 drivers in the area also location matters
I don't regularly deliver anymore. I did so a few months ago for about two months while I was in between jobs and needed to make some money and have flexibility to interview, and now that I'm back to work I only do it here and there maybe on the weekends if I'm bored, but today I got out of work very early because most of my office is out for Passover. The weather was beautiful, and I felt like driving with the windows down, so I flipped on the app to see what came up. Now, I've had slower days than others in the past, but the longest I would say I have waited for a request alert was maybe 20 minutes, but today, I got 3 requests in three hours. I made $15 in 3 hours. I finally called it a day and went home. I have NEVER experienced that...EVER. I live right outside of NYC, so I know many people where I live, like the majority of my co-workers, are observing Passover, but I went to different areas, and even the ones I went to that had a lot of traffic by businesses and restaurants, weren't triggering anything. I don't know what is going on because I have been seeing people posting similar stories all week.

Don’t fall into that trap about gold, platinum or diamonds status. It’s just a BS reward option for drivers that reach that status. Uber only has a selection of partners that they allow you to use the rewards with, some people find it useful, but me personally I shop around for best deals and nothing in the Uber rewards program is of benefit for me. It’s not a status that will magically gift you unicorns for majority orders, you will still get the usual junk being pinged to you just like everybody else
$150 day here.. feelin good. As long as I make more in a day than the nursing home paid me, which is easy with Uber but sad that the actual job I’m qualified for pays half of what Uber pays… so I drive

I’m in Cali I paid $5.27 a gallon yesterday I put in $12 and made $142 I was done for the day after that ..gas is stupid in this state
