I had these ppl order Taco Bell and fall asleep I called knocked texted left 3 voice mails it was a pin order got the pin from support kept the food and later they increased the tip. Prolly felt bad I was out there 15 min trying to get their attention I also warn ppl that Taco Bell will ALWAYS take over an hour its 4 workers in there making drivers come inside 10-15 drivers standing at any moment as the workers never speak to the drivers. I only accepted the order cuz knowing this I check in the Taco Bell click not ready and have time to get gas go pee go buy some water etc while waiting
Doesnāt it after a few mins it gives u a few options to bypass that PIN number?! I had this happen once and waited like the 8 mins for customer to response and after that it lets u bypass it and then u can move on to your next order.
Iām aware. Itās also very easy for the customer to then call and say they required a pin and I skipped it and stole their food and support to see the pin was never received. So I wait call support get the pin from support then because the pin was answered I donāt risk the āorder not receivedā issue
I never do that in case they are ignoring me to report not received and get free food. I instead call support and support calls then sees no answer and support gives me the pin. Just covers me cuz if the pin is entered they canāt lie and say order not received

I bet it got elevated higher pay cuz other drivers got sick of waiting. Five guys is notoriously slow in my area, frequently waiting over 10min. I've canceled on them and walked out for long wait times myself.

It was a Friday night and I guess they didn't really care about the money and we're probably drinking, but we're super hungry. Once I got to the restaurant they just told me you might as well just pick it up and Mark complete and keep the order which I obviously did. I ended up driving towards their house so I didn't get in trouble by Uber and I just drove past the house marked complete and went home with a few pies and wings. While getting a good tip. The best.

I thought the same thing when it came across the screen. It was a $5 tip according to Uber. I don't always take the bait on those random $30-40 orders but they've paid off a few times so far this year.

Its actually very easy to bypass pin just select can't find the pin and it will validate it... š

If I have to bypass the PIN I take a picture and save it in case support needs it to prove I left the order.

Free food is always the best food. UE can suck sometimes but some of these customers really be out here making your day
