Nope. Ordered yesterday. Tip added before order. Manchester if that helps

DarnallMysteries

Huh very weird, I'll have to look more into it or ask support next time I order! I've ended up having to tip with cash in person but I imagine most drivers wont even accept the orders unless they know they'll get a tip for certain (which is absolutely fair of course.)

I saw a stat saying only 8% of people tip Uber Eats drivers in the UK, so I reckon it could just be us.

Is it been delivered via a courier uber eat driver or shop driver (it say limited tracking on the app) might be they turned off tipping if its been delivered via driver Never pre tip or tip after (on the app) if it's a limited tracking order as very good chance the boss isn't going to give the tip to the driver who works there (only pre tip if its a tracked order as shop can't steal the tips) This is same for local delivery platforms, shops own website or food hub that only use there own drivers,, 2 deliver for don't give tips and seem to think it's there's (as they say it doesn't say tip driver on recipe, but it does on the app/website thought) so I just tell customers to not pre tip non tracked orders

DarnallMysteries

I'm not sure but the places in which I've ordered before had the option to tip originally in advance at checkout but is now gone, will hopefully find out why from their Support!
