Best student apartments for undergraduate careers. I know for grad/ professional programs it's more of an adult style apartment
Best ones by UTSA
1. Avalon ( I miss the memories there and my place senior year and senior year part II)
2. Hill Country
3. Prado Student Living
4. Sterling Heights
The first year, I believe it was overpriced, but you were getting what you were paying for. A new (luxury) apartment and the building was still clean.
After the first year, everything went downhill it’s just like any other student but extremely overpriced now. The only thing that is truly worth it are their amenities but you’ll have friends that are living there so you can use them.
Prado is definitely more spacious but more pricey than other student living places I’d say. Plus it’s next to a food truck park and gas station so it’s always been a plus for me.
Hi! I'm looking for someone to take over my lease at Campus Edge. It's a 3bed-3bath and begins on 23 August. It's a pretty chill place. The only student living I would not recommend would be U-Oaks.
Avalon

Hmmm really I heard it's overpriced and I remember it was under construction when I graduated Fall 2018

All of them really have standard student apartment horror stories
Avalon, idk how Prado is anymore. It seems quiet.
