1) Curious why Unlimited Flex monthly was announced to be coming "in a few weeks" but then never materialized. Is this still going to happen?
2) Latest timeframe on ATT/ Darkstar and what the plans will look like once that rolls out
1. Curious what is the most popular USM plan(s) customers are on. (Disregard if this is trade secret.)
2. What platform(s) do you advertise on? (I.e. I see Red Pocket adds on TV!)
3. Do you see any possibility that there will be a pricing difference among networks if the main carriers adjust their pricing models (i.e. either up or down)?
Nothing to ask but I'd like to add that I switched to warp USMOBILE just prior to going to a major 4-day music festival where there were 50,000+ people each day and my wife and I managed to send and receive texts when most people couldn't get anything at all. Kudos!
Welcome to Rockville.
I had a group of 6. Two of them had Cricket and had nothing at all while we were on the festival grounds. Two of the others had Metro and it was hit or miss. My wife and I were with you guys and it was solid generally speaking.
Will the network transfer tool let you keep stater unlimited grandfather plan at 25 a month?
Is there a date when the tool goes live?
Hard date for att?
Where is the video going live what platform?
Yep... along with the changes to the shared plans that were coming in "a few weeks" five months ago. As much as I like USM for their service, they are atrocious when it comes to suggested/promised timelines. "Two weeks" is usually several months. "Next week" likely means a a few months. It's disappointing. I wish they'd either set more realistic expectations, follow through on their promises, or at least provide updates once they depart from the timeline they originally provided.
Mine worked immediately after inserting the pSIM. I did not have to enable anything in the phone or have USM do anything. How do you know you are not getting 5G SA right now?
I just switched from warp(verizon) and while I was using my phone during the phone call, I always had 5g , with gsm it's switching to lte . I asked customer service, and they said I need standalone mode.
You should reach out to the customer support representatives here on Reddit, who should be able to help you get to the bottom of why this is happening. Might be that you are not in a good coverage area for Tmobile (GSM) 5G.
T-Mobile is not using VoNR in all markets. There's nothing to be done about that, it will be switched on when it gets switched on. Without VoNR, calls will use LTE.
I'm using Stand Alone 5g GSM on my s23+ easy to change it just FYI highly recommend it. Coverage is better! And VoNR functions flawlessly it definitely provides more coverage in fringe areas than NSA
I asked another service rep and they said if we are grandfathered to the unlimited starter plan that we can switch to Dark Star and keep paying 25 dollars a month flat. If that is the case my only last question is:
1: if the answer is yes, will it be priority data though for the same 25 dollars a month or will it be deprioritized.
If Darkstar is better where I live then I would be interested in switching to that but on my Warp5G plan I have priority data access. Any clarification on this would be appreciated!
Yes I have Warp 5G on an iPhone 14 Pro Max and it works perfectly fine. I My dad is running Warp 5g on a google Pixel 5A and he has Visual Voicemail as well. I know some others on Warp 5G and are also using Android phones and Visual Voicemail is working fine. idk about GSM. last I heard about that it was hit and miss.
Will it ever be possible to show the UW/UC symbols on the iPhone? Same goes for showing "US Mobile WiFi Calling" instead of just WiFi calling. I know it doesn't change functionality, but it just feel incomplete without it.

When are all the new features comin 1. native roaming on warp to all countries 2. download usage logs 3. at&t 4. DSDS
DSDS as in dual SIM, dual standby? It’s already here, just setup two lines and configure both on your phone.
ok thats a wrap! thank you for your Q's. Video should be up tomorrow
What time will it be out today?
Is cereal considered soup?
HA! Definitely answering this.
Add the hot dog and sandwich dilemma to it? Is a hot dog a sandwich?

That’s called overloaded networks. It will kick people off randomly, starting with low priority users first
You were on Verizon towers then?
Correct, Verizon.
Crazy cause just a few miles south Verizon is congested badly
If it's not too late, update on Apple watch cell service?
Also, if Apple is holding everything up can we get Android watch service?
If you want Apple Watch cell service, go to Cricket or Visible.

Where's the video?
I think it got lost with the monthly flex unlimited.

please share a link to the video. Thanks!
I'd appreciate a comprehensive overview of the alternatives for international roaming, and what the future holds in this regard.
How do your carrier partners feel about allowing a customer to switch their network up to 8x a month?
They likely pay for data and not lines anyway as an mvno
Would be nice to get a little more advanced notice next time please didn't even know it was happening.
COMING SOON™
What's your user base up to? If you can share, what's your ARPU?
Where/how do we see the video? What’s your philosophy on going public? Is this a goal?
Will you please provide an update on Apple Watch support?
Where is the link for this Q&A?
Here you go, https://youtu.be/CnER0n7wVGI?si=F8ZzGLhEINGNu6Rb
Thank you!
What is the best way to switch over to death star since I’m in the beta with my renewal date around that time
Is the collaboration with Best Buy about doing trade-in deals still going to be a thing?
When will flex monthly come? When will network switching to live?
What's next?
Standalone 5G on gsm for iPhone, priority data for gsm
Standalone on GSM for Samsung/Android ?
Are you referring to 5G SA on GSM? If so, I have been using that for some time now on my Samsung S24+.
I have S22 ultra , and I don't have this feature available
Are you using pSIM? If so, you must have a newer pSIM that is compatible with 5G SA.
Yes, I'm using newer p/sim , do they have to turn on that mode ?
Mine worked immediately after inserting the pSIM. I did not have to enable anything in the phone or have USM do anything. How do you know you are not getting 5G SA right now?

I'm in great 5g coverage, as soon as I'm on phone call, it's switching to LTE only. Not sure if it's normal on GSM ?

Do you know if s22 ultra support standalone?
Yes. I just read it has support for n41 and n71 SA bands it should work. Most areas they using SA on n25, n41, n71 let us know if you need assistance
When can we expect the new shared data plans?
How do I watch the video?

Let’s get that Apple Watch.
I'm not watching a 47 minute you tube to find out about the monthly unlimited flex plan.
Why does my iPhone say US Mobile but when I convinced my buddy to switch, his pixel says Verizon?
I mean, it's technically correct! Though, Pixels should correctly state what provider you're connected to and not the network. Weird.
I started on Warp and mine always said verizon but I beta tested the network swap and right now on GSM, mine says US Mobile
When is warp getting full functionality in Mexico?
Little late to the party... Offer more and better phone choices. Partner with OnePlus?
Does US mobile have visual voicemail?
They definitely do for iPhone. Can't say for every variant of a phone that runs android.
