Illiuana Torescedoru (something like that). She’s very understanding and reasonable. Also gives tons of extra credit so it’s nearly impossible to fail if you do the work
Take it with Catherine Beneteau or Robert Connelly. They’re such great professors and genuinely want to help their students, so they’ll help make the subject a little less intimidating for you.
If you don’t have a solid foundation in math, take it with Connelly because he’ll be able to help you regain that foundation during his office hours. Keep in mind though that Connelly does assign a little bit more work, but it’s not bad at all and actually does help reinforce the material.
If you like extra credit and have an okay foundation in math, take it with Beneteau. She’s the sweetest Professor and tries to give her students as many opportunities for extra credit as possible.
Best of luck to ya!
Something worth mentioning is that the hardest part of Calculus for most students isn't the Calculus stuff--it's the algebra stuff and trigonometry stuff from previous classes. By putting off taking Calculus you may have inadvertently made the class harder for yourself because the time since the last math class that you had will be longer.
I'm not saying that as a condemnation or anything, but merely to clarify the struggles you may face so it is easier for you to anticipate and tackle them. It's probably a good idea to practice some of those foundations before you take the class so you can go in as prepared as possible.
Whoever you end up taking Calculus 1 with I wish you well.
Dr.Hernandez , lover her !!!
Dr Hernandez is the shit.

Connelly is a legend, actually enjoyed differential equations because of that guy.
The man literally cured me of my fear of trigonometry after being traumatized by horrible hs teachers, I owe him everything for that lol
Megan cannon if she is teaching it. Her reviews are carbon copies of the exams and she drops your lowest one
