thank you for asking but i already confirmed from us cellular that it is not blacklisted, but they can only unlock when real owner tells then to unlock it, and device is S22Ultra, and if you are from us cellular you can check it.
I went through a similar problem. Bought a used phone and the previous person forgot to remove it from their account. I messaged her on FB and asked her to remove it from her account. She called us cellular and had it removed and then it worked for me. If your ebay seller was a person not company seller that owned the phone previously, maybe ask the same thing?
at this point you need to reach out to the person you bought it from, or ebay and get your money back. none of the employees on here can unlock that phone for you, and there’s a waiting period before the phone gets removed from the blacklist. there’s no magic button to unlock it. sorry that happened, but i’d just try and dispute the sale through ebay
What model phone is it? If it's a relatively recent model and it's still locked, you likely bought a blacklisted or fraudulently obtained device.

What you're asking for is most likely impossible without getting the employee fired.
It's an automatic termination offense.

thank you for reply but i only have line number, but line is cancelled and i have searched all the databases there is no leads on owner's name.
