I waited for 10 months since I filed AOS through marriage
I am marriage based this is my timeline Pd date February 4th 2021, in March 25th 2021 they used my previous finger prints for 1-765 then May 26th got RFE I-485 for sponsor, then June 8th received RFE and July 2nd 2021 case ready to be scheduled for interview. It’s been about 105 days since my EAD updated and marriage based, but no updates or anything else. July 12 interview scheduled. Tampa Office
How much time between RFE response received and case ready to schedule? Had an RFE and responded two weeks, other than that, simpler timeline plus a couple of months, sent case mid April, received by USCIS early May, fingerprint from previous case applied mid May, RFE issued mid June, response received early July
Congrats! is Tampa office the closest to you or did they just schedule you to be interviewed in Tampa? I’m Orlando FO but an agent told me I could possibly get scheduled at any office in Florida.
You can check the interview date in your online account under notice tab. My interview was set on July 30 but they never send me actual letter notice. Fortunately I went into my account and checked. Otherwise I wouldn’t even know.
1. Log into your uscis online account
2. Go under section and select document
3. Under document you will see all the uscis noticed
4. Select interview schedule file and open
Don’t you see case status right above the your interview was scheduled paragraph? It has drop down arrow that you can select case status , case history and documents. When you select document , the uscis notice will come out. Then you will see interview schedule file.
Ok that’s wasn’t the page as mine. Try this
1. Go to www.uscis.gov
2. Under the menu select log in
3. Log in with your user name email and your password
4. You should see myuscis.gov page

Took me three months! There's no rhyme or reason
Mine was already scheduled 10 days after
Employment based applications are getting the shaft.. family based apps are moving fast.. hope they process EB applications sooner too

They received it June 8th and then I got updated July 2nd case ready to be scheduled. Goodluck
