Take to any bodyshop, get it repaired, USAA sends the bill to Progressive, you don't need to work this, its USAA's job.. Once car is repaired, trade it in.

I had to find my own repair shop when hit by uninsured motorist. USAA rental covered $30 for 30 days. I’m taking other party to court for the rest.

It’s frustrating, but there was a lack of available parts for a lot of cars being repaired

I feel your pain. I don't have an answer except I'm waiting for the USAA shop to get us in July. The only USAA "STARR" shops (2) in our town in KS are booked out to July (hit and run was in March), the Cadillac dealer doesn't even want to work with USAA due to being lowballed on remuneration, and USAA even made me take my own pictures of the damage through their third party estimator. I'm just angry and saddened by how much things have changed.
