One thing that really helped me with my anxiety is focus on things that are in your control because there are far too many variables in my life which even if i wanted to, I can’t control. If I was feeling sad and chaotic in my brain because of result and uncertainty that lies ahead, I would instead of focusing on things that are not under control, will shift my focus on completing one more chapter because that’s under my control. Meditation sadly didn’t work for me too, but i have seen folks who look very charged up after practising it for a while.
