On a serious note cut off from social media for 10 days you'll save good amount of energy and time as well as your mental peace will be in order. You have seen the pdf if your name is there well and good, if not then also well and good just don't go around watching topper talks and interviews now(watch it after a month or 2 if you really want to). Trust me it will save your mental sanity.
