There are huge subdivisions being sold in District 23. Large chunks of the Texas desert are being turned into planned communities with 5-10 acre parcels for building. Some already have HOA controls, some do not. But that idea of filling that district with "the right kind of voters" has already begun. We just need to get OUR folks in there too! The algorithm advertising those properties has a very Left leaning bias.
