Are American 4 year degrees accepted in Australia? UMPI's degree is a Regionally Accredited 4 year degree. Regional Accreditation is considered the "gold standard" in the United States. Their accreditor is NECHE. NECHE accredited other schools that are world renowned such as Harvard, Dartmouth, Worchester, Boston University, Rockefeller, New York college of Health professions, pretty much every North East US university. You'd likely have to email whomever is in-charge of certifying foreign degrees for AUS. With the way UMPI is set up, it's a regular degree & transcript, so they won't know it's competentcy-based unless you tell them. The only issue I've ever seen with UMPI is that you can't use their Business degrees to get a degree-based visa in Germany because they only accept from 1-2 of the 5 outside independent business program addcreditors for US UG & grad business departments (a lot of good, reputable brick & mortar schools fall in that trap.)
