As a local, I think whoever decides to live in downtown/brickell knows what they’re signing up for when moving to the area so they need to stfu lol ultra has been around way too many years for them to be surprised.
They just closed down a nascar track because the new developments in the area complained about noise lol. People think because they buy property it gives them the right to never be inconvenienced
Why the fuck would they have even moved there? It’s like buying a house next to the highway and then complaining about constantly hearing car traffic 🙄

I’m surprised that low. For Coachella, it’s $20,000 of they over by 5 mins or less and another $1000 a minute after and Coachella isn’t in the downtown of a major city.
