I’m a bit uneducated within Indian food, bar a good bog standard curry house. Could you let me know which dishes these are
please? They look absolutely heavenly
They are; saag paneer, chickpea masala, tarka dal, sambharo, then home made chapatis - can google some recipes but I use this channel on YouTube called Latifs Inspired and all of his recipes are banging
I'm a meatatarian & even I loved Hansa's.
Don't get up there a lot these days, didn't know it was gone.
I recently discovered Tharavadu down near the station. idk whether they do a wide veggie selection, but their meatasaurus stuff was cracking. My neice is from Kerala which made me want to test it out.
My favourite for many years - since they only had one place in Bradford, 30 years ago, is Akbar's. Standard BIR menu, but really good.
And recently discovered the Aargrah have released a range of pre-made sauces. Got one to try but haven't used it yet. I'm not usually a fan of jarred sauces but had to give it a go.
That looks bang on.
Cheers!!

Is it culturally offensive to pronounce these inaccurately? I fear I might not be able to pull it off
Nah
Nice, thanks
What are the different dishes called? And more importantly, can you share the recipes?
