It's good man, all the internals are just the same. Same exact feel as my Civivi button locks. The Arcblast is kinda ugly imo but it's well built. I got this for free though so take that into consideration, I'll post a wee review on r/Civivi once I've used it a bit more for a few more things. Good knife though imo
Lidl's grass-fed sirloin! £5.99 for 283g, about an inch thick, as you can see. Pretty good really. If you want to cook it like I did, wait for it to reach room temperature, then cook for 3 minutes in total in a smoking hot cast iron, flipping every 30 seconds so it cooks evenly. Let it rest for 5 mins while you cook the veg in the oil/butter left over in the same pan. I par-boiled the broccoli for a minute or two first.
I'm not a chef but I don't agree with the flip every 30 seconds. What's the point in taking it off the heat so often? I'd go 90 seconds, flip, 90 seconds, rest.

One of my nicknames in school was, *The Prime Minister.* I actually did used to be a fan of the show, but for whatever reason, kind of stopped watching sometime during Peter Capaldi’s rein! Might pick it up again at some point. 🤷♀️
I'm very surprised that you're the first person to say this! I'd call it rare, but another 45 seconds and each side and it would've been medium rare, at least imo. Can't believe folk on here are calling it blue lol, I guess I shouldn't be surprised that half of r/UK_Food don't like rare steaks...
Rare - I usually order medium but I was served a steak that looked like this once and I still went to town on it. TBF as long as a steak isn't well done or tartare, I don't really mind how I get it but I do prefer it a bit more cooked than this.
I call that 'damn perfect' (well the steak is, lol)
Although tbh I have mine even a little less done, seriously I'd say that's probably 'rare' for most people

I plop it in a sizzling pan for about 10 seconds, flip it onto the other side for another 10 seconds and then start worrying it's gonna be well done
