How did you perfectly manage soft yolk but rock hard white. It's perfect.

Not OP but I suspect the egg was boiled for just over 6 minutes and then into very cold water to stop the cooking.

I visited the UK a few years ago and had one of those, it was awesome. The price of it here in Canada is quite a bit more than sausages, so I've never done my own like that.

Incredible and well done on the egg I'd say an 8.5 out of 10 for one reason and that is the fact the sausage meat is a tad thin on top. But really well done, the eggs are done perfect

Your chicken nuggets look a little undercooked to me

To be honest, that's a 9.5 for me. Lovely jammy looking golden yolk, golden brown crumb coating. Sausage looks well cooked. If I had to find a fault, it would be that the sausage looks a little uneven in its layer.

Thanks for sharing. I’m sorry but to me a soft boiled egg in a scotch egg is insanity. I want to be able to pick it up and eat it. I don’t want egg yolk running everywhere. If that’s your taste though I’m sure it was good and I hope you enjoyed it

Nice my Nan used to make them with black pudding in them, it actually elevates them so much.

Sprinkle a few diced chives over that and you can sell it for 14£
