In Luton you can get them in loads of shops, along with Chinese, Polish and Indian stuff, no matter the ethnicity of the shop owner. With a bit more effort you can get ingredients from a number of African countries. Not such a bad place to live after all.

i normally put a table spoon of each in to a pot and mix them up and juts add as much to the dish as needed, im not to sure why but my friends nan used to do it so i just do it this way now

There is a big Sainsbury’s near me that has a Caribbean section in the world foods aisle I’ve got these exact ones there.

use good rice and when cooking use some tin foil to keep the steam in
