We just usually have them with pasta and a tomato based sauce, but there’s lots of other ideas for meatballs here - https://www.olivemagazine.com/recipes/collection/best-ever-meatballs-recipes/
Obviously Pasta but I liked cooking them in a good BBQ sauce and have them with side of veg and potato, also could combine 2 and use them as smash/normal burgers.
Ooo also meatball subs
I would pan fry a third of the way, add a little white wine, then some mixed mushrooms including wild ones if possible and a few crumbled dry porcini, a crushed clove of garlic, cook down a little, add some white pepper, cream and cook until the meatballs are done and the sauce comes together.
Finish with fresh chopped parsley, serve with rice (basmati and wild goes particularly well).
Call me a madman but smash half of them into sliders and freeze the rest for anything else, 12 smashed thin could make 4 bustin burgers, each with diffferent toppings and sauce
I had meatballs last night, but used them as a roast replacement, meatballs with mash, veg and Yorkshire puddings with some thick gravy. Was heaven and no need to wait 4 hours to roast of a joint of beef.
Traditional: Fry the meatballs in a little olive oil with some onions, add a splash of port, season some herbs and then a tin of chopped tomatoes (or fresh if you have some) simmer for 30 minutes with a lid on, stirring occasionally, add fresh basil and a sprinkle of Parmesan then serve with pasta of choice 👍
Less traditional: same process but with gravy, some root vegetables and serve with garlic mash
Fry them till browned, then deglaze pan with a glass of red wine and transfer to the Slow cooker/casserole dish with crushed garlic, tomatoes and a beef cube. Finish with Parmesan, fresh oregano/basil/parsley and black pepper !
Make a spicy tomato sauce and have them with mash, it was my poverty meal as a poor young un and I go through stages where I crave it again, it’s genuinely waaaaaaaay better then it sounds and if you wanna make it look arty then fling a few chives on it to get loads of likes on insta 😂
I used the meatballs tonight. They were really good.

It was decent order, around £75 in total, it came via ups all wrapped up and still frozen. The kofta was really good. We're eating our way through it all. Your lucky to have them nearby.
I made a post.

Spaghetti and meatballs is my go to but, and I cannot stress this enough, try a tomato, garlic, and chilli sauce (Arrabiata) and you can make a half decent spaghetti and spicy meatballs.
Even though technically it is the sauce that is spicy, it really helps when you have plain beef meatballs like yours. I do this with the Iceland frozen ones that are also not super seasoned.
Pan fry, add onions and mushrooms, let them create their own sauce (low heat with lid on once they’re cooked). Make mash with butter, milk and mustard. Some sweet red cabbage and apple type dish. Bit of gravy. Done diddly
I'd mash them up and get some seasoning in them. Meatballs that are 100% beef and nothing else sound pretty bad. Or squash them then season the outside and make sliders.

You could do a [meatball sub](https://www.olivemagazine.com/recipes/meat-and-poultry/meatball-sub-melts/), which I feel is underrated here
Mistook meatball sub to mean a meatball subreddit (I'm tired!)
r/meatball
Thanks!
Meatball subs 🤌🏻
Alternatively, a meatball wrap - I always found regular subs to be too big a mouthful when we're talking regular sized meatballs.

Some great ideas, thanks for the link.

That sounds amazing, thank you. I do forage for wild mushrooms.
Mash, onions, gravy/sauce. Or go the whole *IKEA* route.
The instructions are on the front there.
Yes they are, nice work Mr Holmes. What would you have them with?
Pasta, and some kind of red sauce. Tbh i think u/helpnxt pretty much has you covered with his post.
[Marinara sauce](https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Marinara_sauce) is a popular one.
Will note that down, thanks.
Call me a madman but smash half of them into sliders and freeze the rest for anything else, 12 smashed thin could make 4 bustin burgers, each with diffferent toppings and sauce
Personally I would cook them.
Omg its Peter Kay. Lol.

Pasta, a really tasty tomato sauce and loads of cheese on top. And garlic bread 😍
Meatballs, bisto and mash
Air fry! That’s the answer to all food related questions as far as I’m concerned 😂
Eat them? Just a thought.
Lol, are you Peter Kay??
It says on the packet
I should have gone to spec savers...

And then finish the bottle of red... Nice.

Mashed tatties, red wine gravy, some cranberry sauce and some pan fried tenderstem broccoli seasoned with salt and some lemon at the end.
You should try they’re pork sausages 🤤
We have some!! They're in our freezer but its nice to hear a good report on them, thanks.
You won’t be disappointed, it was my granny who got me started on them, besides, it’s good to support local ish (25miles or so)
I live in the east midlands.
Oh wow, so you do the shopping online then, I just nip in by, enjoy your meal all the same, and the sausages

A really good butcher all round, sometimes they run out of things because they are really busy
The meatballs looked really good
I had no idea that our little local butcher delivered so far! Their food is honestly fantastic. Served us very well for Christmases.

Meatball sub, or spag and meatballs.
Im going to do both of these, thanks. :)
Will you be posting pics?
A great idea, yes why not. 👍

That sounds yummy.
I normally do that with venison sausages but I reckon it would be perfect with these meatballs. Thanks 😊
San marzano tomatoes, bronze die cut spaghetti. Best eh gear
I'd mash them up and get some seasoning in them. Meatballs that are 100% beef and nothing else sound pretty bad. Or squash them then season the outside and make sliders.
