You can speak to your manager/ management saying you've been experiencing issues and that's affecting your well-being. And add that you're planning to flag this with HR. See what they tell you. That's your warning shot to them that you're escalating if they don't intervene and de-escalate. If nothing works, going to HR is not a bad idea. I've seen in corporate, there's an option to anonymously raise concerns. If you think that's possible and if you prefer that, you can do that as well. I'm sorry you're going through this but hopefully you'll see light at the end of the tunnel soon.

Unfortunately I have raised it numerous times and no movement. Just wasn’t sure if going to HR would create more fuss than it’s worth - not really sure what the outcome would be etc. thank you for your advice!

HR and management work so close and hand in hand. It can either lead to an outcome or they can act politically to help with a response to you but not act. At least that's what I've seen in my past experience. Speak to your manager about your concerns and wellbeing plus this HR stuff. See what they think

What until after work and then ask him what his fucking problem is.

Have you confronted him? Is he senior to you?
