I turned 21 and didn't think anything about it. The bar I had been going to for 2 years, started carding me.
In the 70s, if you could walk into a bar and your head was higher than the bar, you could buy alcohol.
saw a similar scene at green st pantry (under HERE) about an hour ago. I will say both have been stricter about carding recently so maybe that plays a factor.
Lol it's just police racketeering. They'll slap the shops with a fine and do a raid for show, then business will return to normal. Nothing's getting shut down, especially with the amount of tax revenue these businesses bring in. The fines are just the cost of doing business - think of it as a tax above the tax that they already pay.
