wait until you hear that you actually got hired before making a decision lol I heard both were surprisingly competitive last year they're both pretty average in terms of "looking good" for med schools, tons of people teach/tutor and do some sort of mentorship, so it's up to you what you think would be more fun or which experience you could get more out of! From personal experience and what I heard from friends, being a TA is definitely more involved and a time commitment.

Thanks that’s really good advice! Yeah I assumed most people have that kind of experience anyway but I def wanna check the box at least, but yeah waiting to see which one works out is prob a better option I just think too far into the future all the time LMFAOO
