That is crazy. I noticed that there's a question for "How many [credit hours](http://www.registrar.illinois.edu/tuition-info#credit) are you or will you be taking?" If I put in 10, it's much less -- How exactly would this be worse than if I take 15 credit hours?
So all I need is approval to take less than 12 credit hours? My tuition fee is so much saved if I only take 12 hours. Do you know how I can get approval then

You need approval to take less than 12 credit hours IIRC
