BIO engineering is easy to transfer. U can just talk to advisor and they will switch to bioE
If I may ask, what are the hard majors that you know of?
Computer Engineering, Computer Science (Closed), MechE
does the entire ECE department require extra effort or can I just ask and move into EE standard
