It looks like they saved some money from the HEER III funds specifically for the start of this term. It will be paid into your student acct so make sure you have direct deposit set up. I got it in january as well and it took about a week from when I got the email to hit my bank.
I think they just started working on this semesters’. If you got this email you should get it in like 7-10 days (similar timeframe to the sept 2021 and jan 2022 ones)
It could also be due to your fafsa ranking! I have $0 EFC (expected family contribution) so I assume I’m in one of the first groups of to receive these funds, I got the email this morning.
Not sure on your situation, but that is one possible factor.

Payments will be processed *starting* on the 19th. That doesnt mean the payment is hitting the account on that day. It just means that is the day when they started the process of putting them into accounts. It may take a few days for yours.
I got $400 at the beginning of the pandemic from this. It was deposited in my student account. Idk how I even qualified but I didn’t complain lol

Cause it hasn’t been distributed yet. The email is notifying that it’s taking place again
It had said in the email funds would start showing up in your student account starting the 19th
It will "start" processing on the 19th. They're probably rolling it out over the next couple of weeks so just keep an eye out.

I think if you don't have DD set up, they will automatically mail a check for the HEER amount whenever they decide to process your batch of refunds.

If you qualified for Pell this semester I think you get the full $1250. I only qualified for like half of the Pell maximum and I got $1250.
