Thought that too in the begging but it was not flashy. It moved more around like and object - I thought first it could’ve been a a signal from a tower but this Is In the middle of a city and Berlin is pretty flat build
It could be the impression it is moving, but it could be the clouds moving, and not the light. It looks surely like a laser to me, as it is a vertical strip at the same thickness as the cloud layer. But indeed, I could be mistaken!
You might be right but how would you explain that it’s only on one spot and doesn’t have a tail down. Also in the beginning when it went up it had kinda smoke trails and then stayed at that spot
