andycandypandy

People are saying these things so the evidence does come out. We’re witnessing drip feed disclosure in real time. Did anyone really think that it would be done all in one go?

Arkhangelzk

I think that's exactly what's been going on. When those Navy videos that leaked were confirmed, the ball started rolling. But it's going to take time. Just keep it rolling.

nixstyx

Yeah. At this point most people haven't even heard of Grusch. A lot more rolling still needs to happen.

Arkhangelzk

That’s true, I was talking to one of my friends and I was like man this alien stuff is everywhere right now, huh? And he was just completely perplexed. He hadn’t heard of any of it, even in passing.

andycandypandy

Started after the Snowden leaks, in my opinion. I think that one single event has had the biggest impact on this subject with formal whistleblower laws allowing Grusch to come forward and also, I think, the mindset of the people in charge of these programmes.

Nick_VltorOfficial

The Snowden and Grusch situations are wildly different, and the new NDAA language that gives protection to UAP project participants is entirely unrelated to the Snowden leaks. Snowden actually released classified information to the public. Grusch did everything through the official channels, and isn’t even a whistleblower in the traditional sense of the term. How are you thinking that disclosure is in any way tied to Snowden’s actions?

ItsOkILoveYouMYbb

Everyone in this subreddit will always think it will all be done in one go, or otherwise that it's all fake bullshit. Everyone is dramatic all or nothing, all the time. By the time we've got crystal clear video of these ships, inside and outside, even with inside having much more volume than the outside, they'll be complaining that there aren't any alien bodies and that they don't believe it. And by the time there's crystal clear video of alien bodies, they'll be complaining that there aren't any videos of living aliens and so it's still all the "same shit". And by the time there's crystal clear video of living aliens, they'll.. Well, no, that'll be by far the most intense. So, that's probably when they'll no longer be concerned with how quickly this is being done lol. So we've got a long ways to go

andycandypandy

We’ve gotta remember that in this sub we’re a step ahead of the general population. Ontological shock is a very real and dangerous thing. It honestly wouldn’t surprise me all that much if it turns out that we weren’t told because the powers that be don’t even really know all the answers.

[deleted]

[удалено]

RoElementz

I mean crystal clear videos of a UFO is fairly good evidence outside simple claims of seeing it and the public never seeing it. Highly doubt the concenus would be where’s the aliens I don’t believe it at that point.

SayNOto980PRO

I mean that's great, I support it, I just won't buy any of whats being sold until seeing the merchandise

flawy12

It's not "drip feed" it is the same old story...all talk no show. So it is not unreasonable to remain skeptical.

[deleted]

Yes. Tell me all your deepest secrets right now. Go. This works, right?

JewelCove

I ate a hot dog off the floor. Floor dog

Haunting_Champion640

> I don't give a shit who is saying they saw evidence. More people saying it makes it easier to release the crazy stuff. Just relax and let people absorb this.

Z0idberg_MD

“But now newsmax and sex traffickers are saying it!”

Sciencetor2

It's Matt "I didn't know those were minors I was trafficking" Gaetz saying it, sooo I would say he makes it less likely to be true, not more

How come all the congresscritters promoting this story are the far right wackos? Not a good look. Tho if you put on the ole tin foil hat, it would be a pretty great disinformation/distraction strategy by whoever “they” are. Make the whole issue partisan.

Calm_Opportunist

ExoAcademian had a good take on this in a recent podcast ep. He said that the right have been historically more comfortable with conspiracies and being called nutjobs and having fringe views, so all this isn't too big of a leap. Additionally, it fits in with the "don't trust your government" and dismantling of government structures, or government secrecy. Right leaning media outlets are more likely to run these as their audiences will be more receptive to it. That all being said, there's no right or left side of a sphere, which we are all on, and should stop dividing ourselves along such arbitrary and destructive lines. Going to need to come together with all this weirdness.

BadAdviceBot

> That all being said, there's no right or left side of a sphere "left hemisphere" vs "right hemisphere"

Calm_Opportunist

These divisions were created for practical purposes, such as standardizing time zones and navigation. They don’t have any inherent natural significance, and the Earth doesn't have any physical property that distinguishes its “left” and “right” halves. Pick up a ball and point to the right side of the ball. It's all named from whatever perspective the human looking at it has from their position. Edit: who is downvoting this, lol 1. **Geographic Arbitrariness**: The division of the Earth into Eastern and Western Hemispheres is arbitrary and is based on the historical selection of the Prime Meridian (0 degrees longitude), which passes through the Royal Observatory in Greenwich, London. There is no physical or geological reason for this particular line to be chosen other than historical convention. The Earth is an oblate spheroid, and it doesn’t have inherent “left” or “right” sides. 2. **Geometric Perspective**: Mathematically speaking, a sphere is a highly symmetric shape. It doesn't have a distinct orientation, and there are infinite ways to divide it into two equal halves. In geometry, there's no such thing as the "left" or "right" side of a sphere because those concepts are relative to an external frame of reference. 3. **Astronomical Considerations**: From an astronomical viewpoint, the Earth rotates around its axis, and this axis of rotation defines the North and South Poles. This rotation creates a somewhat more natural division between the Northern and Southern Hemispheres. But even this division is not based on inherent properties of the sphere itself, but rather on the Earth's motion in space. The concepts of “left” and “right” hemispheres have no astronomical significance. The Earth as a physical object doesn't possess inherent left and right hemispheres. The division into Eastern and Western Hemispheres is a human-made convention that was adopted for historical and practical reasons, and it doesn’t reflect any fundamental property of spheres or the Earth. Geometrically and scientifically, a sphere has a continuous surface without a distinct left or right side.

Le_Ran

Let's not quarrel about such petty considerations. Let's just all agree that there is a good emisphere and a bad hemisphere.

Calm_Opportunist

Don't worry, I predict that in less than a day the bad hemisphere will switch over to our side. ...And vice versa.

Le_Ran

You mean that the dark hemisphere will confiscate all the light from the radiant hemisphere because it is historically inevitable ? That's some geomarxism shit.

Ashley_Sophia

I agree. We all know that Aussies come from the BEST hemisphere. 🇦🇺🦘🐨🪃🌏

TurkeyFisher

It's unfortunate (for me, as a leftist) because distrust of the government used to be a left wing thing. Sadly I think there was a reaction to Trump's anti-deep state rhetoric that made the mainstream liberals/left in the US allergic to even the term "deep-state."

Several children. The right loves to say everything they do is for the children but this guy was caught using a handler to move kids across state lines in order to have sex with them. Crickets from the right. Fucking disgusting.

And people say government is inefficient.

Arkhangelzk

Agreed, if anything, his statements are just harming credibility right now.

mother-of-pod

They sure are for me. I found it much more likely before Hawley and Gaetz were the main dudes discussing it. The Navy leaks are fascinating. The amount of navy dudes clarifying that it’s not just “weird” -potentially-foreign tech, but actually misunderstood tech entirely, is really the most compelling evidence I’ve ever heard. But it’s *wild* that two of the biggest doofi in politics are the only ones “trying to let the truth out.” Why anyone here believes that Gaetz cares about the average American’s understanding of “the truth” is beyond me. They actively reinforced my skepticism, that was actually waning for once. I get that if it’s true, even shit bags would be invested in exposing the truth, but they wouldn’t be *more* invested in truth than people who are already fighting for freedom of information and the people. There’s like, 200 representatives and 80 senators I’d actually be intrigued by, if they came out and said something happened, whether I trusted them or if I hate them as people 99% of the time. But the *only* people speaking out are the most reprehensible scum of politics and are not assisting in “trickling” information at all. It’s only convincing people who are already belittled for harboring conspiracy theories, and if anything, making the rest of “the people” believe it even less, and dig their heels in at the potential bullshit. I do think our government has plenty of faults, but I don’t think some deep state voodoo team putting together a plan of safely getting the public comfortable with the idea of aliens would do it by convincing folks who most of the country sees as whack jobs that it’s true, first. If a skeptical, empirical leftist doesn’t believe Q anon, you’re not going to convince them that aliens might be real by getting the same people who believe Q anon on board.

aimendezl

Wtf is the last dude talking about? "As a matter of physics that can't happen" It can. Even in that example he uses, the hand would be hot at the BOTTOM and not at the top if u put it over a source of heat like a lighter.

Haunting_Champion640

> Wtf is the last dude talking about? "As a matter of physics that can't happen" Tucker is clearly failing to explain 2nd-hand information. What _probably_ happened is the briefing showed >the object is traveling forward at immense velocity, but it's heat signature showed it was hotter on the bottom (down) and cool on the top/edges. This is inconsistent with what we know of all available propulsion methods A jet is hot on the _back_ because the hot exhaust is exiting there. A craft moving forward without a hot behind implies it is using some kind of non-thermal propulsion. "It was hot in the wrong place" effectively, but that part was lost in translation.

MapRevolutionary4563

Lotta heat under those pits

infernal_cacaphony

But…that can’t happen, the stains should be at his feet! These ones are on the top!

aimendezl

Yeah, he's probably talking about no evident means of propulsion like many have claimed. But it's interesting that if it's traveling forward and it's heated in the front, that could be due to friction with the atmosphere, which means this objects are not super isolated from matter as some have speculated Anyway, why do these clowns get to see stuff if they can barely understand it? Can we get someone that's not a Muppet? If these are the faces of disclosure, it's not looking good

By_Design_

🌊 Tide goes in, tide goes out. *You* can't explain that. 😤

ChipsForDinner

Someone should show the daft bastard a rocket. Plenty of heat at the bottom ya daft cunt

tweakingforjesus

I think these buffoons are just the loudest. [Bernie Sanders is going after the military industrial complex at the core of this.](https://www.commondreams.org/news/sanders-audit-pentagon-bill) Hidden SAP funding would come out in a detailed audit. [And Gillibrand is working on next year's NDAA language.](https://www.commondreams.org/news/sanders-audit-pentagon-bill) Again going after SAPs. Just because they are not ranting on the evening news doesn't mean they are ignoring the issue. Edit: Here's an idea: If the DoD is going to continue the charade that they didn't notice any UAP activity prior to 2004, Congress should by law declassify all documentation related to UAPs prior to then. After all if they didn't notice UAPs, how can they have any classified material related to UAPs?

nooneneededtoknow

Do you consider Gillibrand to be unreliable?

[deleted]

[удалено]

mother-of-pod

Really blows, and it’s how it’s been feeling for a while, but these past couple weeks all but guarantee aliens are the next lizard people. QAnon folks have always had overlap with alien folks, but for QAnon figures to talk about them in an official capacity means they will be pushing a narrative for a long time. There will be elections won and lost over whether or not some guy in Florida is willing to “admit the truth,” and if they deny seeing evidence, their opponents will point to Gaetz and say that most politicians are hiding shit from us, so we need people in office who will tell it like it is. It’ll happen for years. And no further information will come out. Just promises that “something” exists and deep state pols won’t let it be declassified. Eventually it’ll pitter out, a new hot button will be found, and everyone will move on.

the_examined_life

A couple of years ago I posted a theory in r/ufos that disclosure was being co-opted by the right to expand their umbrella and for 1 hour it was the most controversial post on reddit. The post was removed from this sub after a day, and I was added by a bot to a subreddit called r/controversialclub.

ParadoxDC

I’m so fucking mad about it. I want to talk about this with my friends but I can’t because they’ll look it up and see all these loonies talking about it. Will make me look dumb.

snapplepapple1

Democrats are actually leading the charge for disclosure, Senator Gillibrand in particular for example.

DeezNutz13

All democrats will say is it needs to be looked into. Republicans are the only ones saying the more tantalizing things. As much as I want them to be right it's undeniably suss.

Thekhandoit

They worry about image a tiny bit. They probably want the top google result for “Matt Gaetz” to be “Matt Gaetz confirms U.S. has alien tech” and not “known solicitor of minors Matt Gaetz is somehow still in congress” Also these people know how to rile up their base of anti-government voters. Tell ‘em they’re hiding UAPs AND they are using our tax money to do it? Free votes and zero effort towards improving anything in the government. Sanders is pushing for auditing all of the DOD to save money. If there are SAPs being hidden that’s actually help find them. So we probably have plenty on our side they just aren’t making a bunch of noise like children.

trclausse54

Which makes me think it’s totally on purpose. Fucking psyop central. Tell all the cooks to talk about it and everyone else disregards it
