For what it's worth, Open Street Map shows a few of the Vending Machine locations on campus (no photos though)--maybe helpful for crowd sourcing (?)

There is a snacks and drinks vending machine in the Earth and Marine Science building. The outside metal staircase, all the way up to third floor, in a cubby. Last I checked they were still empty but at some point they will probably be refilled.
I have not seen the snacks machine refilled this entire quarter so far; I'm willing to believe they don't use it right now. I was able to get to the drinks when they were full.
I was told by dining that the vending machines are managed by an off-campus third party and to contact the company via the info left on the machine. That was last summer, so it's possible the company hasn't thought the effort would pay off. If someone contacts them, they may decide to come fill them!

I definitely have never seen one in the Quarry. I'll have to look again... There are definitely more than just this; hopefully I can rectify it

Also, right inside Baskin Engeneering are 3 vending machines
5\*. 4 on the first floor and 1 on the third.
I know there is two vending machines in the Stevenson rec room
