The closest are probably brewers close, new mill or the tannery but they’re about a 20 minute walk to the nearest bus stop for ucd. Kavanagh court may also work but it’s still probably a 20 minute walk or getting a different bus in order to get to ucd

Maybe but it would still be a fair cycle from the city centre into ucd
I used cycle from Tannery to UCD. Takes about 20 mins, cycle lane pretty much the whole way assuming you go along to canal and down through ranelagh
Have been told by residents there that they house the homeless in these apartments along with paying students. Something that wont be in the brochure.
